Forward Deployed Engineer
Engineering · Full-time
Sit at the seam between product and engineering, working directly with healthcare facilities - you're the person who takes Eva from first demo to daily production inside a real clinic.
What you'll do
- Architect desktop-to-cloud systems that hold up inside real clinic environments
- Design and extend the AI agent infrastructure
- Own cloud DevOps across AWS and GCP
- Implement security and HIPAA compliance protocols
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Production Python backend expertise
- Rust familiarity, or the appetite to pick it up
- Working knowledge of security and compliance
- A pragmatic, ship-it building philosophy
